Letter regarding the endowment of seven Sunday charity schools with 5 pounds annually for books and stationary, and five pounds for each teacher a year. These schools will be subject to the laws, rules and Acts of Parliament. On the other page are shown the regulations for the better ordering if the Sunday Schools, Instituted by Lovat. Archibald Campbell Fraser of Lovat, (1736-1815), British consul at Tripoli and Algiers, and later colonel of the 1st Inverness local militia.
