In this circular letter it is made known that in the Lovat Estate, from October 22, 1803, all kind of predation on the form of fishing, hunting, etc must cease ,as now, in time of war, the proprietor have need of use his land for his own. Until then, the Lovat Estate had been used as if were a common good for Fuel, grass, fish, game, etc.
