Layout: 1 column of 6-7 lines; unruled; text written against the fibers.

Script: Written in a chancery hand, with characters slanting to the right; some letters have the Byzantine form of shaping.

Item cataloged in hand and from previous description: Smith, W. A. Smith, V. H. P. Duke Inv. 1377 (P136): a fragmentary Acts of the Apostles Papyrus.

Text varies from Nestle-Aland 28th edition Novum Testamentum Graecum in 3 locations, most significantly at 3v (Acts 4:28), which reads η χειρ σου και η δουλη instead of η χειρ σου και η βουλη σου.
